DELIVERY INFO
Deliveries typically take 2 to 3 working days to arrive within the UK, orders shipped outside the UK may take 6 to 8 working days to arrive. Please allow up to 3 days for order processing. We will send an e-mail to let you know your order has been processed and despatched.
If an item is out of stock or requires personalisation then delivery may take up to 28 days. If there is likely to be any sort of delay with your order, we will notify you by email or phone at the earliest opportunity to give you the choice of ordering an alternative item in stock, or refunding your purchase.
Delivery costs will be clearly shown during Checkout before you are asked to pay for your order.
We do not guarantee delivery dates for any of our orders.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We offer a 7 day no-quibble money back guarantee! You can return your item(s) to us within 7 days of receiving your order for a complete refund (excluding original delivery charge). All that we ask is that the item(s) must be returned to us in their original as new condition with all of the tags attached and the item(s) still in their original packaging. Items that have been used, washed, soiled or damaged in any way will invalidate this offer.
You are strongly advised to use signed-for (recorded) delivery when returning orders - we will not be held responsible for returns that go missing in the post.

FAULTY OR WRONG ITEM(S)
If the item/s you received faulty or not what you ordered please contact us quoting your order number, name and address, details of the product and reason for the return, also whether you require a refund or a replacement.
Note: When trying on items of clothing please ensure you are not wearing any perfume/aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. Please refrain from smoking or be in a room where the item may smell of smoke when you are trying your item on. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
